In Singapore, the Tripartite Alliance for Fair & Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) Guidelines promote the adoption of fair, responsible and progressive employment practices so as to protect employees while supporting employers as they seek to achieve their organizational goals with human capital. In this regard, we provide calibrated advice to employers to facilitate their compliance to fair and reasonable employment practices.

On contentious matters, we help clients to resolve various types of employment disputes such as non-performance of employer and/or employee obligations, enforcing restrictive covenants and post-termination undertakings in respect to non-solicitation, non-competition and confidentiality and settling disagreements over secondment or relocation terms.
